What is the recommended storage for 3D-Fuel filament?
To maintain optimal print quality, store your filament in a cool, dry place. We recommend using an airtight container with desiccant packs to prevent moisture absorption, which can lead to brittle material and poor surface finish.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our 3D printing products worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes incurred.
What is your return policy for opened filament?
We accept returns on unopened, vacuum-sealed spools within 30 days of purchase. Due to the moisture-sensitive nature of 3D printing materials, we cannot accept returns on opened products unless a manufacturing defect is proven.
Are your filaments compatible with all 3D printers?
Our filaments are manufactured to a high tolerance of +/- 0.05mm and are compatible with most FDM/FFF 3D printers that use 1.75mm or 2.85mm diameter material. Always check your printer's nozzle temperature capabilities before starting.
