At 3D-Fuel, we stand behind the quality of our high-performance filaments and 3D printing accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and details about the product you would like to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original vacuum-sealed packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or the RMA form provided by our team.
Ship to 3D-Fuel
Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send your package back to our production facility for inspection.
Receive Refund or Replacement
Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned filament, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
